Hello and Welcome to the Golden Hind Studio gallery page. I am a photographer and I like to photograph interesting and ordinary, as well unusual and unique women. I do shoot nude models, and most of the modelling takes place around Snohomish County, King County but most in the studio in Edmonds itself. In some cases, as when I have traveled around the world and visiting some states, I have done photography situations that have come up, along with having done some wedding photography. My specific photography is the beauty of the world and humanity. While I do enjoy working with beginning models, I most enjoy those who are relaxed and comfortable with displaying their bodies in front of my camera, clothed or unclothed.  I appreciate understated and subtle female eroticism, full sensuality, and female power.Also, some of my work is intended to challenge religious and traditional and historical subjugation of women. In one way or another I have been a photographer since the first time I clicked the shutter on my kodak camera. I would call myself a serious amateur in that I don't make a living at this but I do feel that I turn out some very credible work. I will work with serious models who are looking to improve their portfolios and improve the quality of their work. I have been working at this for over a fifteen year on and off, now and while I enjoy the studio I do enjoy artistic outdoor environment. Large trees, desert and rivers come to mind for backdrops. Looking forward to expressing  myself artistically and helping others express themselves through some great photography.  Always looking for something fun. I have never limited myself by certain scope, conventionality, traditions, which are very numerous in photography. I always experiment a lot: with myself – while taking photographs, with the spectators – while showing them. These experiments are not the attempt to show my originality, but a special internal need in development and movement forward.
